Shipping & Returns

 

Production & Dispatch

Each item is handmade after an order is placed and is generally expected to ship within approximately one week. We will confirm dispatch arrangements by email and contact you if any adjustments are needed.

Delivery & Charges

Complimentary standard shipping is available to most addresses in mainland China. Delivery arrangements for certain locations will be confirmed separately.

For international delivery, please contact us by email. We will confirm availability based on the destination, parcel dimensions and available shipping services, and advise you of shipping charges, estimated duties and taxes, and payment arrangements before purchase. International shipping is not automatically free or inclusive of duties and taxes.

Transit & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking details and estimated transit time. Actual delivery times may be affected by customs inspections and carrier operations. Should any shipping issues arise, we will assist with enquiries and follow-up.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Mainland China orders: Standard items are eligible for seven-day returns without reason, in accordance with applicable law. Returned items must remain in their original condition, with all accompanying accessories and gifts included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

United States orders: Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Exceptional requests may be accommodated by prior agreement, provided the items remain in their original condition. Return shipping costs and any non-recoverable duties or taxes that may lawfully be charged to the customer and have been disclosed in advance will be handled as agreed.

For other countries and regions, return and after-sales terms will be confirmed before purchase in accordance with applicable local requirements.

 

If your item arrives with a defect, is incorrect or has been damaged in transit, please provide your order number and relevant photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. ANLI will cover the necessary shipping costs.

Please contact us for return instructions before sending any items back. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law.
